Report an error
[FOUNDER TO SUPPLY: monitored, tested mailbox or form]. Send the page link, the exact words and a source if you have one. Do not send health records. Drug makers can report errors too. A report gives them no right to control the page.
How we respond
Our proposed goal is to reply within two business days. A safety report gets urgent attention. Once a serious safety error is confirmed, the goal is to fix or remove the text within 24 hours. It must not wait for a monthly check. [FOUNDER TO SUPPLY: person in charge, staffed hours and backup]. These are draft goals until the service is staffed.
A minor edit fixes wording or a link without changing meaning. A material edit changes a fact or its meaning. A safety edit addresses a risk of harm. We record the evidence and seek a reviewer with the right skills. If a serious concern remains unresolved, we may remove the text while we check it.
